What services/products do you offer? Where is the business located? What areas do you serve?
How / why did your business or organization come to be?
Your brand values will help you capture your company’s
personality and purpose. They help guide your brand’s culture and attract your ideal customers.
Without values to guide you, your brand will seem like just any other business—rather than a
distinct and recognizable brand.
----------
Example: Whole Foods’ Core Values:
•We sell the highest quality natural and organic products available
•We satisfy, delight and nourish our customers
•We support team member excellence and happiness
How do you want them to feel?
(ex. A high-end, exclusive and luxurious experience where they leave feeling special and satisfied)
How old are they? What are their interests? (Ex. a 35 yr old mom of 2 that is trying to live a healthy, organic lifestyle, has a part time job teaching yoga).
These can be local, national or global. We want your brand to stand out from the rest, so we need to know what other businesses/organizations are doing in your field.
(ex. fastest turn around time, best quality, more variety, friendly service)
Copy and paste a couple links to some logos and/or websites that you like and explain what it is that you like about them. (ex. I like how their logo and website feel so modern, fun and colorful, and how they write in a casual way).
ex. (down to earth, cutting-edge, green, adventurous, relaxed, modern, traditional, trendy, playful, professional, bold, fancy/high-end, creative, soft, compassionate, happy, helpful, etc)
(ex. The logo is hard to read when scaled down, my marketing materials do not have a consistent look to them, etc)
Do you like the colors or graphics in your logo? the fonts? the text and photos used on your website? etc.
(ex. OmPur vs. Om Pur vs. ompur vs. OmPur LLC)
Do you want one if you don't already have one?
